निगम द्वारा संचालित वार्ड है. मिली जुली आबादी वाले इस वार्ड में वर्ष 2011 की
जनगणना के अनुसार लगभग 10,000 की आबादी का निवासस्थान है. इस वार्ड में आने वाले
प्रमुख मोहल्लों में पाण्डेय हवेली, फरिद्पुरा, मानसरोवर इत्यादि सम्मिलित हैं.
साथ ही यहां मलिन बस्ती के रूप में सोनारपुरा का कुछ क्षेत्र आता है.

चरण इंटर कॉलेज, ओरिएण्टल कान्वेंट स्कूल, बंगाली टोला इंटर कॉलेज, जामिया हमीदिया
रिजविया इत्यादि उपलब्ध है. साथ ही यहां सहारा का कार्यालय भी मौजूद है.
मुख्यत: इस वार्ड को तिलभंदेश्वर मंदिर के कारण जाना जाता है, जो यहां का
प्रमुख टूरिस्ट स्पॉट भी कहा जाता है. महादेव के इस पौराणिक मंदिर का दर्शन करने
के लिए दूर-दूर से श्रृद्धालु प्रति वर्ष यहां आते हैं.
वार्ड की प्रमुख समस्याओं की बात की जाये तो स्थानीय पार्षद प्रतिनिधि जी के अनुसार उनके वार्ड में क्षेत्र में स्वच्छता को लेकर जागरूकता का अभाव है. साथ ही सड़कों व नालियों का ठीक से निर्माण न करवाए जाने के कारण जलभराव की समस्या उत्पन्न हो जाती है, जिससे क्षेत्र के लोगों को काफी परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ता है.
