राष्ट्रीयता, मानवता और एकता की संकल्पना के साथ 27 नवम्बर, 1995 में भारतीय मोमिन फ्रंट पार्टी का गठन बिहार में किया गया था. यह पार्टी देश में बढ़ते पूंजीवादी, संप्रदायवाद, जातिवाद आदि के खिलाफ बनी थी, जिसे चुनाव आयोग के तत्वावधान में टी एन रापन ने 9 दिसम्बर 1996 को मान्यता दी. तभी से यह दल बिहार के साथ साथ देशभर में कार्य कर रही है. "देश के मजलूमों कब तक सहोगे अत्याचार" के दृष्टिकोण के साथ यह दल राजनीतिक क्षेत्र में सक्रिय है.
भारतीय मोमिन फ्रंट के चुनावी मेनीफेस्टो :
1. व्यवस्था में आमूल परिवर्तन
2. समाजवाद और मानवतावाद की स्थापना
3. सभी वर्गों, धर्मों और जातियों की हर क्षेत्र में समान भागीदारी
4. गरीब, वंचित सामाजिक कार्यकर्ताओं के राजनीति से जुड़ने का अवसर देना
5. चुनावी खर्चों पर नियंत्रण लाना
