वार्ड की प्रमुख समस्याओं की बात की जाए तो यहां सीवर व सड़कों की समस्याएं ज्यादा है. परन्तु उन समस्याओं पर अनवरत रूप से कार्य किया जा रहा है. स्थानीय पार्षद द्वारा सभी मुद्दों पर अपने स्तर से कार्य किया जा रहा है. जिससे सभी समस्याओं को दूर किया जा सके.
